The power of Consistency
How often do we hear or tell ourselves: I will go to the gym all the time? I will save more? I will go to sleep earlier?
We make goals and expect big results. And often, we do start going to the gym and saving more and going to sleep early. But it all ends if we are lacking consistency!
I would say that it is better to go to the gym every other day for 20 minutes than to go every day for a month, hours on end, and then stop. Little steps make huge results when they are consistent.
5$ saved a day (a cup of coffee) will result in almost 40000$ in 20 years. A little bit of effort goes a long way when it is done over a long period of time. And time flies! Making something a part of your routine is a great way to follow up on your goals.
Thinking positive thoughts every day brings hapiness. Going to the gym every other day will put you in the best shape of your life! Going to sleep earlier and waking up earlier will make you so much more productive.
